Music's "strange relationship to temporality" kind of understates it?
the moment of kairos; the moment in which god passes you the mic
parachronic time, practice, occupy movement was practicing revolution, in the Zen sense, not the preparing-for-the-future sense. Practice happens in a weird time which PF calls parachronic. Happen in their own hoy ? A Zen term?
The transitoryness of enlightenment or kensho. Yearning for that vanished moment, which still exists in parachronic time (just for one day).
Revolutions always fail in chronological time, but succeed in imaginal time. I don't know if I want to agree with this, it seems kind of wan and hopeless, as if there can be no real revolution. Maybe that's the case, but I hate to admit it.
