Bergson's time Deleuze on. Bergson says it is fallacious to say memories can be stored in the brain (why?). The past does not act but it has not seized to be. Past is pure being, present is becoming (?). When yu remember something you aren'tn conjuring something in your brain, but actually seeing into the past (this seems incredibly dumb to me). Although I guess yu can play around with "real" etc.
