      • bone marrow hemapoeisis(?) blah blah dendritic cells (DC) - precursor, "Classical DC1" aka Myeloid dendritic cells, modulated by flip3???.
      • Plasmacytoid DCs have x on their surface. Determines T-cell response IL-12p70 (Deena favorite) turns T-cell into Th1 cell, good for attacking cancer.

      • Macrophages M1 vs M2. Vut can't. call them that, they are now "Inos positive"???
      • M2A secretes arginine, tumorgenic? Immunosuppressive?

        • Thymocytes may or may not have affinity for self-peptide(???) causing selection. High self-reactivity neg selected, killed by apoptosis. With little affinity, they die by neglect. But "intermediate TCR affinities....lead to positive selection"
