hack Amazon.com: Call Congress : Alexa Skills This is an Alexa skill I wrote that allows you to find out about upcoming legislation and call your representitive.

It was the product of a Debug Politics Hackathon organized after the 2016 election debacle, a bunch of San Francisco tech people wanting to improve things with technology. I am not a big believer in hackathons, and I'm under no illusion that stuff like this makes much difference, but hey, doing something is better than doing nothing.
