    • A product I designed and implemented (2006-7) to do visual exploration of RDF-like biological knowledge. The company fired me immediately after it was completed, and it looks like they are selling it virtually unchanged 17 years later: IO Informatics Sentient Integrated Data Appliance . The most interesting part of it was a graphical query tool that let you draw templates which would be matched against the graph.

    • I should add that not only is this entirely my implementation; the design and product conception is largely mine as well, although others had input.
    • Well their site seems to have gone down shortly after I rediscovered it. Not surprised, that was never a viable company and I am amazed it lasted this long.
