"Lived Experience", distinguished from Erfahrung, a somewhat different concept which also translates to "experience" in English. From Dilthey and phenomenology, of which I am wholly ignorant.
Haven't read deeply in this, but it seems to be equivalent to what I would call first-person vs third-person experience. Or bird's eye view vs. frog's eye view.
